Registration

8. involves the transmission of “junk mail,” or unsolicited mass mailing, messaging or “spamming”
9.  further or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
10. solicits passwords or personal data for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users

Users are not allowed to:

1. circumvent or modify, attempt to circumvent or modify, or encourage or assist any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the allthegreeks.com services
2. promote or cause activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network
3. impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, another member, person or entity
4. use the account, username, or password of another member at any time or disclose your password to any third party or permit any third party to access your account
5.  use the services of allthegreeks.com in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable law and regulations.

Use of Classified Ads Section

The Classified Ads section on allthegreeks.com acts only as a venue or matching service for members of the website to locate people to buy, sell, and negotiate the exchange of goods and services. Allthegreeks.com does not own or handle any of the goods and services listed on the site. As a result, we cannot verify or endorse the quality, safety, or legality of the posted advertisements, or the truth or accuracy of the content in this section of our website.
Posting
Classified ads are text descriptions, graphics, and/or pictures on the Classified Ads section of allthegreeks.com supplied by users that describe a good or service you have or provide. Users may post this type of classifieds on allthegreeks.com, provided that you place all classifieds in the appropriate category. Allthegreeks.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of classifieds. All classifieds are subject to approval based on guidelines presented for content in this terms of use agreement.
Disputes
Allthegreeks.com is not responsible for resolving disputes between parties.
Fees

All monetary values in our Classified Ads section must be quoted in U.S. Dollars or Euros. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes and duties and for all costs you incur as part of the allthegreeks.com Classified Ads service. 

Proprietary Rights in Content

By using the services of allthegreeks.com to display or post information, data, text, graphics, pictures, images, music files, videos, and messages, every user of allthegreeks.com grants a limited license to allthegreeks.com to use, modify, delete from, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely through on or through allthegreeks.com or in the media for advertising purposes.  Also any user that posts or displays information, data, text, graphics, pictures, images, music files, videos, and messages agrees to the display and/or publishing of advertisements from allthegreeks.com to the relative webpages/services.

Polls

Allthegreeks.com provides its users with the ability to vote on current events in the form of a question.  The answers given by users are recorded, analyzed, and commented upon by allthegreeks.com in order to reach the result.  Allthegreeks.com retains the exclusive right to collect and use this data collected as well as the results from these polls.  Allthgreeks.com determines the terms for the polls and retains to right to terminate a poll.

Applicable Laws and Other Terms

The above terms and conditions for the use of allthegreeks.com as well as any type of modification they undergo are governed and construed in accordance with Greek Law, European Law and any respective international treaties.  This agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law.  If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  No modification of this agreement will be acceptable and will not be considered a part of this agreement unless it has previously been printed and incorporated into this agreement.  This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and allthegreeks.com regarding the use of the services provided by allthegreeks.com.  This agreement is accepted upon your use of the allthegreeks.com website or any of the services provided by allthegreeks.com and is further affirmed by you becoming a member.
